This hybrid AI engineering leadership role is based in Helsinki or Malmö at Refined, where you’ll own the AI architecture and build agentic workflows and personalized AI features used by 5,000+ teams including NASA, Spotify, and Apple. You’ll define how we build AI capabilities, expand production AI with RAG pipelines and tool use, and collaborate cross‑team to translate the AI product vision into shippable work, working in AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS) with Claude via AWS Bedrock and a Node.js/Vue/React stack.
