The CEE market is varied and growth-ready, with Poland showing cloud-migration potential, Hungary, the Balkans, and Baltics more cloud-forward, and the Czech Republic/Slovakia moving to cloud, while Romania, Bulgaria, and Ukraine offer greenfield expansion opportunities. You’ll be the ITSM/ESM subject matter expert for CEE, shaping how Atlassian wins in AI-powered service management across markets with different maturity levels. You’ll drive ITSM/ESM sales strategy, build C-level relationships, lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (net-new business, cloud migrations, enterprise expansions), architect competitive displacements, partner with AEs, SEs, and channel partners, and influence regional GTM, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, all while maintaining rigorous forecasting.
