We're seeking a Project Manager Administrator to join the PMO & Services Operations team, bringing structure, accuracy, and operational control to a busy services environment. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining projects in internal systems, supporting resource booking and scheduling, tracking budgets, POs, invoices and expenses, auditing data for accuracy, and keeping project plans and forecasts up to date while adhering to governance, templates, and reporting standards. The position also emphasizes charge analysis and strong financial control across project activity, focusing on non-client-facing projects and engagements from an operational and systems perspective.

The role is an Atlassian Technical Consultant who works with customers to maximize value from Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related tools like Slack, focusing on system integration, automation, and efficiency. Responsibilities range from expert guidance and solution design to hands-on setup, migrations, upgrades, performance tuning, and contributing to pre-sales by offering solutions and proposals. The role includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Atlassian products and related tools, with remote work and weekly attendance at the Athens office. Key duties include gathering requirements, researching and presenting solutions, stakeholder communication, participating in pre-sales, and traveling to client sites as needed. In delivery, responsibilities cover installations, upgrades, migrations, custom solution design (workflows, plugins, scripts), scripting in Groovy/Python, REST API web integration, and Linux/Windows system administration of application servers.
