We’re a blend of Atlassian Service Management Consultants, DevOps and Software Engineers, Agile Coaches, and Work Management Consultants. About the role

Do you want to manage a talented team of service management consultants and help us drive and deliver first-class technical solutions to clients across the globe? Are you passionate about working with people and solving their problems with technology? Are you an expert on Atlassian tools or an ITSM guru?  If so, this role might be the perfect next step in your career journey.

We are looking for a Service Management Practice Team Lead who is hands-on both as a manager and as a Consultant. You’ll have experience working with a service provider similar to ours and be an expert in solving problems related to ITSM/ESM or Atlassian tools. Though you’re primarily a people manager, you’ll also be required to be billable for roughly a third of your time, helping out with pre-sales or jumping on engagements to develop your team.

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a confident, outgoing, and reliable Workplace Manager to join us full-time in Athens for a 12-month maternity leave cover. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related! You’ll tackle administrative tasks, organise office events, and ensure operations run smoothly—all while bringing your energy and enthusiasm to the workplace. You’ll also help maintain company policies, keep the team motivated, and make sure everyone has what they need to work efficiently.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take initiative, prioritise tasks, and work independently. You’ll be self-motivated, trustworthy, and driven to create an office environment that reflects our vibrant culture.
