Deviniti is seeking a Sales & Strategy Advisor (Head of Sales) to drive Professional Services sales, lead the sales team, and shape service offerings through Atlassian market transformation, including Cloud migrations, in a flexible remote-first setup. The role involves building client value, achieving revenue targets, leading a B2B sales team with pre-sales and delivery support, managing 2–3 strategic accounts, and translating market insights into portfolio direction in collaboration with executives and the Board. Requirements include hands-on strategic account management, cross-selling and long-term value creation, experience selling complex enterprise IT services, mature leadership, knowledge of modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Solution Selling), and fluent English and Polish; familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus.
