What will you work on as an Implementation Specialist (monday.com) ?

  • The Sales unit works on selling software licenses, our own apps that add new features to Atlassian tools, custom apps tailored to the needs of individual clients, and advising the clients on the tools of our partners (Monday.com, Freshworks, GitLab).
  • Currently, we are looking for another astronaut who will join the Partner Product Department and will be responsible for helping our clients in implementation of monday.com platform, of which we are a regional platinum partner in CEE. The team sells licenses for this platform, trains clients’ teams, implements and integrates monday.com with other systems.

Who will you work with? 

  • The team you will join is called the Partner Product Department. Currently, part of this team – operating in the Monday.com area includes its Leader and 2 x Business Development Representative, 2 x Account Executive and 2 x Account Manager.
  • We work flexible hours – you can adjust your day the way it suits you, as long as you attend all your planned meetings. You have a real impact on the growth of your salary – quarterly bonuses on income from results.
  • Twice a week there are internal and monday.com daily. 
  • We value a complex and thorough onboarding so that the new astronaut has all the tools and knowledge before their first contact with the client. We also promote the culture of feedback, we are not afraid of difficult questions, and we learn together during regular feedback meetings.

What tasks await you in this role?

  • taking ownership of strategic clients onboarding and/or hands-on implementation projects;
  • building the strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success;
  • being project manager to ensure implementation timelines are met;
  • work with our clients to build their most time-sensitive workflows into monday.com and ensure there is a clear end-user training plan for those workflows;
  • conducting training;
  • conducting implementation;
  • monitoring changes at monday.com, preparing and conducting internal training;
  • support Account Manager in complex technical cases.

You are the one we’re looking for, if:

  • you have the following skills:
    • 3+ years of experience in implementation of SaaS tools such as: ERP, CRM, work management, project management;
    • knowledge of business cloud products/platforms available in the SaaS model;
    • technical and analytical skills (basic knowledge of software development, building business processes, and workflow in mid-sized and enterprise companies).
    • B2/C1 level of English and Polish;
    • nice to have: familiarity with tools monday.com
  • you can work in a team! In particular, we value:
    • advisory and negotiation skills;
    • teamwork skills;
    • sales and marketing skills and knowledge;
    • ease of acquiring new knowledge and the ability to use it in practice;
    • initiative and knowledge of the market/ IT industry.
