About Us

Our mission is to improve team collaboration with software. We are one of the largest Atlassian partners in German-speaking countries and Agile Hive is one of our fastest growing products developed for agile systems development with SAFe®. Agile Hive is already being used by companies such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Hapag Lloyd and Vodafone.

In order to realize this great mission, we need motivated colleagues who have a passion for customer success with digital tools.

What you can expect:

• You support us in sales for Agile Hive. You will qualify leads, hold demos and successfully close inquiries.
• As a permanent contact person, you will support and advise our customers from initial contact to after-sales support.
• You will work with our marketing and development teams to continuously improve our solutions and processes.
• You will work in a self-organized sales team and have the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility and drive new initiatives independently.
• You will take part in international conferences.

What we are looking for:

• You should already have sales experience and skills in applying technical thinking. 
• You are familiar with SAFe® and ideally with Atlassian Jira.
• Good self-organization is your strength, but you are also a team player.
• You are a strong communicator and confident in dealing with decision-makers at large companies. You like challenges and enjoy learning and applying a topic as an expert.
• You prefer a start-up atmosphere to working in a well-structured company and enjoy working in fast-growing teams where the learning curve is sometimes steep.
